Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. Daily tasks include assisting with the recruitment process, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting various HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Mumbai
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Experience - 1-2Yeara
• CTC - upto 3.5Lacs
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays are non-working
