Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a smart, energetic HR Generalist cum Admin who will manage core HR functions along with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This role is critical in maintaining a productive, organized, and motivated workplace. Key

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
• Organize team engagement activities and training
• Handle employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline
• Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Manage performance appraisals and exit formalities Admin Responsibilities:
• Ensure office supplies and infrastructure are maintained
• Vendor coordination and office maintenance
• Track bills, petty cash, and basic accounting coordination
• Manage documentation, courier handling, and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate with IT for employee system setup and backups

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & HR tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
