Human Resources Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic HR Generalist cum Admin who will manage core HR functions along with day-to-day administrative responsibilities. This role is critical in maintaining a productive, organized, and motivated workplace. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding) Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking Organize team engagement activities and training Handle employee grievances and ensure workplace discipline Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws Manage performance appraisals and exit formalities Admin Responsibilities: Ensure office supplies and infrastructure are maintained Vendor coordination and office maintenance Track bills, petty cash, and basic accounting coordination Manage documentation, courier handling, and day-to-day operations Coordinate with IT for employee system setup and backups Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred) 1-3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & HR tools Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working in Naraina Vihar?
