Role Summary

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent management, org design, and change management.
• Align HR strategy with business goals to support scale, innovation, and digital transformation.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Lead talent reviews, high-potential identification, succession planning, and leadership development.

Performance & Compensation

• Manage annual performance management cycles and support a culture of high performance.
• Work closely with Total Rewards/Comp & Ben teams to drive competitive compensation practices, particularly for tech talent.

Change Management & Organizational Design

• Work across cross-functional projects to enable scalable and agile people practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in HR / MBA from a reputed institution.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in HRBP roles, with at least 5+ years in a technology-led BFSI environment. (GCC, Shared Services, Global environment)
• Strong understanding of BFSI domain dynamics and the talent market for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Cybersecurity).
• Proven experience in handling complex employee relations and leadership coaching.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
• Experience in working with HRMS platforms and HR analytics dashboards.
