Shift:


We’re looking for someone ready to take the wheel. We’re ~100 people strong and looking for a hands-on HR professional to take charge of People Ops, Recruitment, and Learning & Development - essentially, the full HR spectrum as a one-person show.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
  • Manage People Operations: HR policies, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Design and drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs that help our people grow.
  • Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and champion a positive culture.
  • Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–8 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and L&D.
  • Self-starter mindset - comfortable being the sole HR owner in the organization.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a problem-solving approach.
