Human Resources Executive/Manager
Job Summary: The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and building a performance-driven, compliant, and engaged workplace culture. You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, training, compliance, and HR operations while supporting the needs of a technical manufacturing workforce. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding End-to-end recruitment of skilled and unskilled roles: machinists, engineers, quality inspectors, and admin staff Coordinate job postings, conduct interviews, and manage offer rollouts Develop partnerships with ITIs, technical colleges, and job platforms Handle employee onboarding and orientation to company systems, safety, and values Employee Relations & Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns Foster a healthy, collaborative, and compliant work culture Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives Address grievances, conflicts, and coordinate disciplinary processes when required Training & Development Identify skill gaps and organize internal/external technical training for CNC operators, QA/QC staff, etc. Coordinate safety and compliance training programs (fire, PPE, ISO, etc.) Performance Management Implement and maintain performance appraisal systems Set up KPIs and growth plans for machine operators, engineers, and back-office staff HR Operations & Compliance Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave systems Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and factory regulations Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team Support ISO audits from an HR process perspective Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR is a plus) 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setup, ideally with exposure to machining or industrial shop floors Strong understanding of labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, or payroll software What We Offer: Opportunity to shape HR from the ground up in a fast-growing precision manufacturing company Collaborative and innovation-driven culture Learning opportunities across engineering and industrial domains Competitive compensation with performance-linked growth.
