Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
Design and implement HR policies and processes aligned with our culture and values.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Drive initiatives for employee learning, growth, and well-being.
Manage payroll, compliance, and HR operations efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations.
A people-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Noida
Relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable
