What you’ll do—your HR day‑to‑day:

• Hiring & onboarding:

  Draft job postings (for roles like Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Executive, etc.), screen resumes, schedule interviews, and share feedback. Once someone’s hired, you’ll plan their first week, run orientation sessions, and pair them with a mentor.

• Employee engagement:

  From monthly team lunch surprises to running feedback surveys, you’ll keep the energy up. For example, one of our recent “AI‑hack brainstorming” sessions brought team members together to suggest workflow improvements—your ideas helped make it happen.

• HR admin:

  Handle contracts, attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll coordination. You’ll also manage simple benefits and respond helpfully to queries (e.g. “How many casual leaves can I carry forward?”).

• Performance reviews & training support:

  Coordinate quarterly feedback cycles, collect self‑reviews and manager notes, and organize workshops (like “Google Ads basics” or “AI tool training”).

• HR process improvement:

  Notice something slow? You’ll suggest better tools or tweaks—maybe switch to quicker applicant tracking, introduce e‑recognition awards, or bring team‑wide pulse check‑ins.

Who we’re looking for:

• Some experience (6 months to 2 years) in HR, preferably in agencies or fast‑paced SMEs.
• Comfortable with end‑to‑end hiring, employee relations, and basic HR systems.
• Excellent communication—friendly, clear, and personable.
• Organized and proactive: someone who anticipates needs before they pop up.
• Passionate about people and culture—an interest in marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
