Job Description

Weboin is a growing digital marketing company based in Chennai. Since 2013, we’ve worked with over 1,000 clients to help them grow online. We offer services like SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and website development. Our team is young, creative, and driven by results. We don’t just work hard—we enjoy what we do.
You’ll manage the full HR life‐cycle—from the moment a candidate sees our job posting to their exit interview and everything in between. You’ll shape our workplace culture, ensure people feel engaged and supported, and keep HR processes running smoothly so that our team can focus on delivering big results for clients.
  • Hiring & onboarding: You’ll write job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and once someone says “yes”, you’ll own their first week experience—intro to the team, welcome lunch, setting up systems. One time you might remember that onboarding went extra well because you sent a “welcome kit” and helped the new joiner set up their workstation before Day 1.
  • Training & development: You’ll spot when someone says “I’d like to learn more about campaign analytics” and organise a short workshop or pairing with a senior colleague. You’ll run training calendars and make sure growth doesn’t stop.
  • Employee engagement & retention: You’ll help plan informal check‐ins, team outings, pulse surveys. I remember at my last job we did a “Bring Your Pet Day” and it boosted morale—small things like that add up.
  • Workplace culture & HR policies: You’ll ensure everyone understands our values, help draft/update HR policy (leave, work from home, code of conduct), and make sure we walk the talk.
  • Performance management: You’ll coordinate review cycles, collect feedback, help managers and employees prepare.
  • Offboarding & exit interviews: When someone moves on, you’ll lead the exit conversation, ask for honest feedback, help transition, and ensure the process is respectful and informative.
  • Legal compliance: You’ll keep track of labour laws, statutory filings, contracts, employee records—so we stay compliant and fair.
  • You have 1-3 years of HR experience (or equivalent) in a fast-paced workplace (agency or IT centre is a plus).
  • You’re comfortable wearing many hats: recruiter one day, trainer the next, policy-planner the next.
  • You communicate clearly and casually—someone might say you’re the “friendly HR person” who people trust.
  • You’re organised and proactive: you spot when something is missing (e.g., training backlog) and you act.
  • You genuinely care about people and culture. You believe work is more than a task—it’s where people grow.
Because here you’ll get to build, not just follow. You’ll have the autonomy to shape HR in a growing agency that values its people. You’ll see the impact of your work when someone says “thanks for making this place better” or “I felt welcomed from Day 1”.
We are more than just a digital marketing agency – we’re your strategic partners in navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape.
