Job Description

As a Human Resources Executive at SPPL, your role will be crucial in managing HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. You will need to be a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. - Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employees, handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. - Performance Management: Implementing and overseeing performance evaluation processes, employee development programs, and feedback mechanisms. - Policy Development: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - HR Data and Reporting: Maintaining HR records, generating reports, and utilizing data for strategic planning and decision-making. - Compliance: Ensuring compliance with employment laws and staying updated on industry standards. - Training and Development: Coordinating or facilitating employee training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs. Your educational qualification should be an MBA in HR. Skills required: - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Desirable attributes: - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects. - A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
