Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, enforcing HR policies, and overseeing all human resources activities. Responsibilities also include recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• HR Operations and HR Policies experience
• Skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
