Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Silvassa for a Loom Supervisor. The Loom Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the loom section, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising loom operators, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting loom-related issues, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Experience in loom operations and supervision Technical knowledge of loom machinery and maintenance Strong leadership and team management skills Quality control and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of safety protocols and production standards Degree or certification in textile technology or a related field is preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in the FIBC or related industry is a plus

The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR operations, including managing employee relations, enforcing HR policies, and overseeing all human resources activities. Responsibilities also include recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
