Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Silvassa for a Loom Supervisor. The Loom Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the loom section, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising loom operators, managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting loom-related issues, conducting quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
