Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Kozhikode for our GCC offices. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing all the Human Capital functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other departments and align HR practices with company objectives.
• Degree in Human Resources, Social Welfare, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a similar on-site role within a financial advisory or professional services firm is a plus.
