Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rajkot. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, develop and enforce HR policies, maintain employee relations, and oversee various aspects of HR management. Additional responsibilities include organizing and administering all HR-related activities to ensure smooth HR functionality and employee satisfaction.

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
