Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.

• Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in talent acquisition, retention, and development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• HR certification or degree in Human Resources Management
