Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the HR department. This role involves working closely with management to support and develop HR strategies that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
