Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and day-to-day operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and strategies. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The candidate will also handle administrative HR activities and provide assistance in developing processes for talent retention and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR functions effectively.
• Experience in Employee Relations and enforcing HR Policies to build and maintain a productive and engaging work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) frameworks and practices to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills paired with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications in HR is a plus.
• Previous experience in an HR role within the IT industry is advantageous.
