Reporting To: Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle hiring, interviews, and employee onboarding.

Attendance & Payroll Management: Track attendance, leaves, and process payroll.

Employee Engagement: Conduct training, team-building activities, and grievance handling.

Compliance & Documentation: Maintain HR records, contracts, and legal compliance.

Performance Management: Assist in appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee motivation.

Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: BBA/MBA in HR or related field.

Experience: 2-5 years in HR, preferably in retail or jewellery.

Skills: HR software, payroll management, recruitment, strong communication.

Salary

Salary: ?25,000 ?30,000 per month
