Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Surat. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage the showroom’s sales strategies. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth. This role requires managing showroom staff, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring the showroom is organized and operating efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
Proven experience in Sales and Showroom management
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
