Human Resources Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and supporting daily HR activities. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience and a good understanding of HR processes and labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, etc.)

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Support the performance management process and employee appraisal cycles

Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in coordination with HR Manager

Support the implementation of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRMS, payroll software)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of HR generalist experience

Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems)

Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• South Tukoganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
