Human Resources Executive

Salary: 2,40,000 to 3,00,000 LPA
Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role as an Human Resource Executive for Samudhrika Lakshana Herbal Concepts is a company located in Erode. We are looking for a skilled and people-oriented HR Executive to oversee various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HR best practices.We are seeking a highly capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.Your exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations.You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.Join us and make a significant impact on our HR processes and overall organizational efficiency.Main Roles and Responsibilities:1. Monitoring the daily sales reports from our sales team. Ensuring all the designated reports shared every day with in the allowed time limit.2. You have to monitor the daily work location of the supervisors and make sure they work on the same location approved in prior by the Regional Sales Manager and Managing Director. If you find any changes in the work place without getting approval, immediately escalate the same to your higher management and follow the steps guided by them.3. Fixing the monthly / weekly / daily targets assigned to the entire sales team of state Tamil Nadu (Regional sales Manager, Business Development Executive, Supervisor & sales person) according to instruction of your higher management.4. Proactively monitor the efficiency of each and every individuals and enrich them to achieve their goals.5. Evaluating the sales and ensure the stocks also matches to the sales declared by every individuals based on their reports published.6. You are responsible in approving or denying employee’s salary appraisals, leaves and permissions.7. Ensuring that all the employees associated with their titles are performing their roles and responsibilities at the fullest.8. Weekly having conference calls to the sales team heads reminding their balance sales figures and motivating them to achieve the same.9. Conducting a live meeting with the sales team heads every quarter and discussing the pro’s and Con’s happened in the previous quarter. Documenting the SOP’s of all job titles existing in our company.10. Processing the employee’s attendance, salary and incentives on time with proper documentation. Submission of monthly activity sheet (Total sales happened, total expenses incurred in achieving the sales with break up) to your higher level management.Qualifications & Skills:Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 year of experience in HR Required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Good verbal and written communication skills
