Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Rajasthan, India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management. Day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
