Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 3 Years (Core HR Operations)

Budget: Up to INR 30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes, and supporting the organization’s people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.

-Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records.

-Maintain and update employee records & HRMS systems.

-Assist in policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.

-Support performance management cycles and employee engagement activities.

-Address and resolve basic employee queries and grievances.

-Coordinate with different departments to ensure HR processes are effectively implemented.

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR operations.

-Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.

-Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

-Must be immediately available to join.

-Comfortable working 6 days a week in a UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
