Human Resources Executive

As an integral part of the HR team, your role involves assisting the Director of HR in various aspects to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Director in all disciplinary and investigation procedures to maintain hotel policy and legal compliance. - Assisting in resourcing and recruitment activities to build a strong talent pipeline both internally and externally. - Managing colleague services such as accommodation and the colleagues" restaurant to uphold cleanliness and service standards. - Overseeing the operation of Colleagues Accommodation, including maintenance, facility upkeep, events, food safety, and security measures. - Collaborating with the Accommodation Manager to ensure regular room checks and adherence to standards. - Supervising the efficient flow of services in the Colleagues Restaurant in coordination with the Colleagues Restaurant Supervisor. - Organizing engaging colleagues" events to support IHG initiatives and boost morale. - Managing colleague transport services to provide safe and convenient support for their wellbeing. - Ensuring consistent and quality colleague medical services to maintain a healthy workforce. - Organizing year-round events to enhance colleague morale, including celebrations, forums, parties, and surveys. - Monitoring the Performance Management Cycle and ensuring adherence to IHG guidelines in collaboration with the Training Manager. - Participating in HR/hotel projects to support business and personal development. - Handling purchasing requests and procedures for the department. - Conducting exit interviews and overseeing the end of service process. - Ensuring HR department compliance with standards related to HR and Brand Audit. - Reporting accidents, hazards, or occurrences promptly to the Supervisor or Heads of Department. - Submitting regular reports as required in a timely manner.
