Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller at Arsh Travel Pvt Ltd. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about travel packages, assisting clients with bookings, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Additional tasks include maintaining records of customer interactions, following up with potential leads, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role is located in Ranchi but allows for some work from home flexibility. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively Experience in assisting clients with travel bookings and providing detailed information about travel services Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records Customer-focused attitude with a high level of patience and empathy Ability to work independently and in a team Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in travel and tourism are advantageous
