HR Executive Night Shift (Recruiting + HR Generalist)

Location: Mohali

Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support DynPro’s growing India operations during the night shift. This role blends core HR operations with recruitment coordination and execution. You will work closely with leadership and the recruiting team to ensure smooth hiring, strong employee support, and consistent HR processes for a fast-moving consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end HR operations for the night shift, including employee support, policy guidance, and coordination with leadership.
  • Support hiring actively by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, tracking pipelines, and assisting recruiters with documentation and compliance steps.
  • Maintain high-quality records and updates in internal trackers and systems (including coordination for JobDiva hygiene and reporting).
  • Drive onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, background check coordination, and first-week readiness.
  • Support offboarding processes with clear documentation and timely stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining role-specific hiring trackers, weekly/biweekly dashboards, and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for access, device readiness, and issue resolution for new and existing team members.
  • Help plan and execute internal engagement initiatives and basic HR communications.
  • Ensure timely escalation of risks, issues, and gaps in compliance or process execution.

Must-have qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience across HR operations, HR generalist work, or talent acquisition coordination.
  • Comfortable working night shifts from office in Mohali.
  • Working knowledge of onboarding, documentation, HR compliance basics, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across India and US teams.
  • High attention to detail with solid tracking and reporting discipline.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and ATS/HR tools.
