Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lonavala. The HR Executive will oversee daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding, managing employee records, and addressing HR inquiries. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling HR Policies
• Experience with general Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
