As an HR Executive, your role will focus on recruiting candidates for various openings and earning incentives through referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using online platforms
• Share job openings,coordinate interviews, and follow up
• Maintain a record of recruited candidates
• Refer candidates and grow your network
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the team manager

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have a smartphone with internet access
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fresher or experienced both can apply
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
