Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, developing and enforcing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, handling employee grievances, and facilitating performance management and staff development activities.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and managing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Master&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
