Are you an HR professional with a Diploma or Degree in Engineering?

Do you understand the technical mindset and enjoy working closely with engineers, designers, and production teams?

We’re looking for an HR leader who gets both people and product — someone who can drive technical hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, growing engineering environment.

✅ What You Need:

• Engineering diploma or degree (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) –

  Must Have

• 2–6 years of HR experience in an engineering / manufacturing / technical setup
• Strong in technical recruitment, people processes, and hands-on HR tools
• Preferably from Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors

Talent Acquisition:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (mechanical, design, production, QA, etc.)
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and JD creation
• Conduct technical screening with a basic understanding of engineering skills
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes

HR Operations:

• Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination (with finance), and statutory compliance
• Support appraisal, performance management, and training initiatives

Employee Engagement & Culture:

• Organize team-building activities, rewards & recognition, and communication forums
• Help build and maintain a positive, performance-driven culture
• Address grievances with empathy and process orientation

Policy & Compliance:

• Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
