Job Description

Job brief

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

HR Executive's responsibilities include:

Recruiting and staffing logistics, which may include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Performing employee onboarding activities and updating records of new staff
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Administering payroll and benefits programs.
Addressing grievances and managing conflict resolution processes.
Maintaining employee records and protecting their confidentiality
Participating in performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee evaluations.
Collaborating with the executive team on strategic planning and organizational development

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA in HR
Prior Experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary range: ₹15,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 per month
