Key Skills & Competencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop talent pipelines through social media, networking by attending job fairs, resume mining, and calling into competitive companies.• Coordinate materials per project needs

• Build and maintain network of potential candidates internally and externally by developing networking relationships

• Manage and screen incoming resumes, reach out to passive candidates

• Identify new resources (advertising channels, databases, networks, suppliers, ) to drive candidate identification and attraction

• Arrangement of Campus interviews, co-oridination with Project and HR team

• Manpower databse managment, target the specific industry for manpower hiring

• Reach out to candidates ground field in in various plants and industrial areas.
