Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bhadrak. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing HR management tasks. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The candidate will also collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
