As the HR Specialist at AdEngage, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively managing various aspects of human resources. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Employee Relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employees, you will address HR-related queries, concerns, and assist in conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Attendance & Leave Management: Your role will involve maintaining and updating employee attendance and leave records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. HR Operations: You will handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, issuing letters, and managing documentation to support the smooth functioning of HR processes. Policy Implementation: Ensuring effective communication and implementation of HR policies, processes, and the code of conduct among employees to uphold organizational values and standards. Performance Management: Assisting in organizing appraisal cycles, conducting feedback sessions, and supporting managers in evaluating employee performance to drive continuous improvement. Training & Development: Coordinating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement for personal and professional growth. Employee Engagement: Planning and executing team-building activities, wellness programs, and festive celebrations to foster a positive work culture and boost morale among the team members. Compliance & Audits: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, maintaining necessary reports, and providing support during internal and external audits to uphold legal and regulatory compliance within the organization.,
