Responsibilities 1. HR Operations & Protocol Management Manage onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates. Handle exits: clearances, experience letters, and formalities. Address employee grievances and escalations. Ensure policy adherence and compliance. Track attendance, leave, and shift schedules with Ops. Act as HR link between campus and Head Office. 2. Training & Development Create and manage training calendar. Design induction for caretakers, ACEMs, and managers. Conduct refresher and upskilling sessions. Maintain training records, assessments, and feedback. Develop/improve training content and materials. Identify training needs with Ops & HR teams. Train: Caretakers, ACEMs, FMs, R&M Execs, Ops/Campus Managers. 3. Employee Engagement & Communication Organize monthly events, celebrations, and engagement activities. Drive feedback, grievance redressal, and suggestions tracking. Conduct “Voice of Employee” sessions. Run recognition & reward programs. Ensure approachable HR presence at campus. Coordinate regular communication with leadership. Skills / Qualifications MBA in Human Resources (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR and training roles, preferably in service/operations setup Training Background: Must have hands-on experience in conducting structured trainings Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides; good with trackers and documentation Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
