The HRBP will work closely with various departments to ensure HR practices support the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. * Participate in the onboarding of new clients. * Business Development: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients. * Assist in the preparation of proposals and pitches. * Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions. * Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. * Talent Acquisition: * Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions within the company. * Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers. * Oversee campus recruitment activities, including organizing and attending job fairs and presentations. * Build relationships with universities and colleges to attract top talent.
