Job Description

MERN Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom training sessions on MERN Stack technologies
Deliver hands-on coding sessions with live project examples
Prepare training material, assignments, and mini-projects
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
Assist students in building individual or group capstone projects
Support students with doubts, error-solving, and conceptual clarity
Collaborate with the placement team to guide students toward job interviews and portfolio building
Keep the curriculum updated with current industry standards

Technical Expertise Required

Frontend:
React.js, Redux, Hooks, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind
Backend:
Node.js, Express.js
Database:
MongoDB, Mongoose
Tools:
Git & GitHub, Postman, VS Code, Deployment (Heroku/Vercel)
Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server architecture

Desired Profile

Minimum 1 year of MERN Stack development or teaching experience
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
Good attitude, patience, and student engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/MCA or a relevant technical qualification
Previous experience with EdTech or training institutes will be a plus
Knowledge of
Next.js
, Firebase, or DevOps is an added advantage
