About the Role

MERN Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on

  MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

  in a structured and engaging manner.
• Design update, and maintain course curriculum, assignments, and project work.
• Provide hands-on coding demonstrations, live projects, and real-world case studies.
• Assess learners’ performance through tests, code reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in full-stack development.
• Mentor and support learners in solving coding challenges and building deployable projects.
• Collaborate with the academic/placement team to ensure learners’ success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (React.js)

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

  for backend development.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/Heroku).
• Familiarity with

  Git/GitHub

  , version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  TypeScript, Next.js, GraphQL, or Redux

  .
• Experience with Agile methodology and project-based learning.
• Contribution to open-source or personal portfolio projects.
