Role & responsibilities HR Business Partners act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization's success Some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role: Responsibilities: Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Consultant: Provide daily HR guidance to line management, addressing complex employee relations issues and grievances. Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives. Employee Relations: Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. HR Metrics: Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to inform strategic decisions.
