Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and partner closely with leadership across corporate and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business partner for 300–500+ employees across multiple function

Workforce planning, headcount budgeting & AOP support

Own performance management (goals, reviews, calibrations, PIPs)

Handle employee relations, grievances, and policy adherence

Drive employee engagement, R&R programs, and pulse surveys

Manage HR operations, compliance, POSH, and HR policies

Lead structured onboarding and support L&D initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Strong HRBP, ER, and performance management experience

Excellent stakeholder management and communication

Startup / fast-paced environment exposure preferred

MBA/PGDM in HR with 4–7 years relevant experience
