Job Description

You should be a candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, US Healthcare industry, or well-known IT companies with 2000+ headcount. Your experience should include working in an HRBP role and handling at least 300 people while possessing excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include managing all employee lifecycle activities such as one-to-one connects, skips, appraisals, retentions, grievance handling, and employee escalations. You will be expected to support the Delivery team with strategic initiatives and talent insights to drive effective results in operations. Additionally, you will work on HR analytics, including monthly dashboard creation, headcount insights, attrition analysis, forecasting, talent development highlights, and cost analysis. Timely closures of system-related processes and organization compliance will be part of your duties. You should also be able to handle concerns like POSH, disciplinary issues, and other legal scenarios while working closely with the resource management group on resource allocation and movement. Collaboration with business heads on appraisals and promotions calibrations is essential. Early joiners are preferred for this role.,
