Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling HR Operations projects and coordinating with the Plant HR Team. Your main tasks will include manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances, and administrative tasks. It will be your responsibility to ensure that safety compliances are followed at the plant level. Additionally, you will issue various letters such as Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice for misconduct under the guidance of seniors. You will also be coordinating with external lawyers for pending recovery of F & F and running a POSH Policy Compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with Plant HR Team for manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and related tasks - Ensure safety compliances are being followed at the plant level - Issue various letters for misconduct under the guidance of seniors - Coordinate with external lawyers for pending recovery of F & F - Run a POSH Policy Compliance - Handle MIS and reporting tasks Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related field - Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills - Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks,
