Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling HR Operations projects and coordinating with the Plant HR Team. Your main tasks will include manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances, and administrative tasks. It will be your responsibility to ensure that safety compliances are followed at the plant level. Additionally, you will issue various letters such as Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice for misconduct under the guidance of seniors.
