Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Partnering:

  • Collaborate with business leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance, employee engagement, and company culture.


Talent Management:

  • Oversee talent acquisition processes for the corporate functions team, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
  • Implement and manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.


Performance Management:

  • Support the team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Work with business heads to identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
  • Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.


Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any issues of diversity and inclusion.


HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor and report on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement levels.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.


Change Management:

  • Support the implementation of organizational changes within the corporate functions.
  • Assist in the development and communication of change management plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and supporting corporate functions.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
