Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with business leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives. Develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance, employee engagement, and company culture. Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition processes for the corporate functions team, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates. Implement and manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively. Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce. Performance Management: Support the team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Work with business heads to identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans. Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations when necessary. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any issues of diversity and inclusion. HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Monitor and report on workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee engagement levels. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates. Change Management: Support the implementation of organizational changes within the corporate functions. Assist in the development and communication of change management plans. Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and supporting corporate functions. Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
