About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Associate to support core HR operations, enhance employee experience, and ensure seamless implementation of HR practices. This role offers an excellent platform for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee welfare, and HR compliance.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping a positive work environment and maintaining smooth day-to-day HR processes, while working closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring workflows, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and assist with final interview coordination.
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences—handling joining formalities, orientation programs, and initial training logistics.
Prepare and maintain updated Job Descriptions (JDs) and Role Specifications for open positions.
Payroll & Workforce Management
Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data to ensure accurate payroll inputs.
Maintain employee timesheet records and manage updates in attendance or time-tracking systems.
Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries and leave policy clarifications, ensuring timely resolution.
Learning & Development
Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with team leads and department heads.
Organize in-house and external training programs, including venue, communication, and attendance tracking.
Gather feedback post-training and maintain training records for future analysis.
Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC)
Coordinate employee enrollment under Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC schemes.
Handle claim-related processes and address employee concerns regarding statutory benefits.
Maintain statutory registers and support inspections or audits by government bodies or consultants.
Performance Enablement
Support HR in implementing performance review processes and tracking evaluation timelines.
Assist managers with appraisal form circulation, feedback collection, and documentation.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Sound understanding of core HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with HR software or ERPs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sense of confidentiality, discipline, and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a structured manner.
