Profile Overview:
People Operations/Human Resources at TravClan is a key role which focuses on attracting the best talent, retaining it & planning out engagement activities. The team is a bunch of enthusiasts who actively participate in every activity taking place in the organization along with hiring some of the brightest minds of all time.

  • Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Screen resumes and application forms.

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources team to schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  • Actively handle the end-to-end interview operations.
  • Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
  • Update the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and other required details.
  • Participate in organizing the company events and activities.

The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: A basic 50-minute aptitude test, clearing which, your group discussion of 30-minutes will be scheduled
2. Personal Interviews: 1 video interview, and 2 detailed discussions.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes documentation and offer discussion.

This role is not ideal for someone who is
:
  • Not comfortable with recruitment
  • A fresher and is not comfortable for minimum 2 months of internship
  • Not good at understanding people
  • Not comfortable with targets
  • Not comfortable with long working hours, i.e., 10-12 hours daily
  • Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

  • Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi

  • Timings - 9.30am to till work gets over
