This role involves managing HR tasks, ensuring compliance withpolicies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and
• scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for
• employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and
• company policies.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate data.
• Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance appraisal processes and assist in training and
• development programs.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
