Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Human Resources Associate will handle day-to-day HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, manage training and development initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role also involves maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and fostering effective communication between various teams.

Experience:

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions, HR Management, and HR Operations
• Experience in Training and Development, including identifying employee needs and implementing programs
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and time management
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry is a plus
