About the Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team focused on building developer tools, reusable frameworks, and foundational components that empower product teams to deliver high-quality software eƯiciently. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the core of a platform-driven company, influencing development practices and technical standards across teams. Key Responsibilities :  Design and build scalable, reusable, and maintainable frameworks, libraries, and components using ASP.NET, C#, and modern front-end technologies.  Develop robust APIs and extensible modules to support application development teams across the organization.  Contribute to core infrastructure and tooling, including code generation, scaƯolding, authentication modules, and CI/CD integrations.  Write clean, well-architected, and testable code with a strong focus on maintainability and reusability.  Collaborate closely with architecture team to understand common challenges and drive framework improvements.  Drive technical discussions and mentor developers on adopting framework components and best practices.  Stay updated with trends in .NET ecosystem, front-end technologies, and platform engineering practices.  Create technical documentation and training material for framework usage and onboarding. Required Skills and Qualifications:  4 - 6 years of professional experience in full stack software development.  Expertise in C# and ASP.NET, with strong understanding of Web API, middleware, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.  Experience building frameworks, SDKs, or shared component libraries for internal or external developers.  Solid front-end development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience in one or more modern frameworks.  Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and modular architecture.  Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and MongoDB or other RDBMS.  Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
