Role Description This full-time SalesForce Commerce Cloud role at spanTAG Technologies Pvt Ltd, located on-site in Chennai, involves managing and optimizing the salesforce commerce cloud platform. Responsibilities include developing and implementing commerce strategies, analyzing market trends, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales reports. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the commerce experience and drive customer engagement will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.
