About the Opportunity Are you someone who enjoys working with people, and wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who’s eager to learn and grow across different areas of HR — from projects and policies to culture and engagement. In this role, you won’t just be stuck with paperwork. You’ll play an active part in rolling out new HR initiatives, supporting people-focused processes, and bringing fresh ideas to life. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative, and genuinely fun environment where no two days look the same! What You’ll Be Doing Support and contribute to various HR functions — recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance cycles Collaborate on projects like policy revamps, team-building activities, and employee experience improvements Assist in internal communication, HR documentation, and data maintenance Help organize training sessions, events, and wellness initiatives Be a go-to person for team members when it comes to HR support and guidance What We’re Looking For Excellent written and spoken English Strong people skills — empathetic, approachable, and great at building rapport Curious, proactive, and eager to learn multiple areas of HR Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Bonus: Prior internship or 6–12 months of HR experience Why Join SocialPilot?
